Shipping and Returns

What are your shipping rates? Shipping rates for locations within the United States is a flat $8.99. Flat rate shipping applies to items shipped by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and distance for expedited shipping services, (e.g. next day shipping.) (Note: Flat rate shipping is subject to change as postal rates change.)
What about free shipping? Shipping is free for orders over $200.
What about shipping outside the US? At this time we do not ship internationally.

Do you process exchanges? We are unable to process exchanges at this time, but we do accept returns.
What is the process for returning an item? Any item can be returned for any reason up to 14 days after receipt of the item. The item must be returned in its original condition and in the original packaging. Once the returned item is processed the cost of the item will be refunded to the original method of payment. Outbound shipping costs are not returned. Contact us at the email address below to start the return process. (Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.)
